I’m a freelance cameraman/cinematographer & independent filmmaker based in Cardiff, South Wales.
A graduate of International Film School Wales with over twenty five years of experience.
My output embraces an eclectic range of subjects, methods and styles.
Broadcast: Universal TV, MTV, BBC, Channel4, ITV, SKY, NMETV.
Corporate: Sony Europe, British Council, The Welsh National Opera, The International Baccalaureate, Venice Biennale (Cymru), Swansea Met University, The Re-live Charity, Hugh James Solicitors, NCH Children’s Charity, National Eisteddfod Wales, Earthfall Dance Company, Royal Society of Architects Wales.
My cinematography has twice been nominated for a Bafta award – Helfa’r Heli (Catch of the Day) directed by Geraint Huw Reynolds was winner of ‘Best Short Drama Film’ at BAFTA Cymru in 2018.
‘Fatigue’ A ninety minute feature film I directed and edited was nominated for ‘The Best of British’ at Brief Encounters Film Festival. And selected for ‘Best New British Talent’ at Raindance Film Festival.
I could wax lyrical about the wonderful cinematic visuals and stunning production value a drone can provide… but you know that already – It’s really just an excuse to fly a radio controlled aircraft.
